Wendy Williams

My work has gone through many transitional stages. I occasionally use photography as a tool to explore a subject matter in more detail, and this has resulted in my work having a more decorative quality. I have been exploring the intricate qualities of marble and using it as a comparison to the soft textures of fabrics.

I am a member of SOUP, a group of artists who all have some connection to Tate Liverpool, and have been exhibiting my work with the group for the last seven years at various venues. I recently became a member of Red Dot

Recent exhibitions with SOUP are:

2008 New Bright Art, New Brighton ( Feb)

Gallery RedBill, Flint ( March)

Expected The Unexpected Egg Space, Liverpool ( June/July)
